Padel United ticked off three firsts in UK Padel in October 2022, the UK’s first University courts, first public courts in Plymouth, Devon, and the first pay and play singles court. Three firsts at a university is not bad by any academic standards, though possibly easier to achieve in padel court construction in the UK than academia.
Finding a great location is one of the tricky parts padel operators experience, and here they found a great location at Marjon University and a potential great partner with thousands of students and local residents looking for great wats to get active and have fun.  Â
Launching with 4 outdoor Jubo Padel courts, this is targeted as a great opportunity for Padel growth in the UK.
Padel adds to Plymouth as a dark horse city in niche UK sports.
