UK PADEL – South Buckinghamshire Golf Course

UK PADEL has opened the club nestled into one of the finest Public golf facilities in the South of England.

The South Buckinghamshire is now not only the ideal venue for a game of golf but Padel too.

With two outdoor all weather padel courts in a prime position at the site, the courts are open for members to book 28 days in advance and non-members for 6 days. As it is a public access site anyone can use the terrific facilities of the changing rooms, bar and restaurant, and you don’t have to be a member to join any of the coaching or social sessions.

The Padel courts opened in February 2024 there is already two days a week of coaching ( Tuesday and Fridays) with club match plays and weekly and monthly competitions for all levels to join in with.

The golf course at the south Buckinghamshire was originally called Farnham Park Golf Course and was designed by legendary course architect Harry Colt.

The club was owned by Sir Noel Mobbs who set up the Slough Trading Estate.

The course was used for farming when the first world war started and restored to a 9-hole course after and then back to farmland to help with the second world war effort.

The South Buckinghamshire reopened in 1975 and in 1982 Martin Hawtree led the golf design to restore the course back to 18 holes.

Nothing but padel ( and golf!)

Who and what is a Bandeja?

Who or what is a Bandeja? I hear you ask… Bandeja is the Spanish translation for the word ‘tray’.  I know confusing, right? Well, actually it’s not, you see in Padel terms Bandeja means a sliced volley. In Padel, a player's aim is to keep their opponent at the back of...
